Shane Moore is passionate about finding the most effective ways to live a healthy, happy life and helping others do the same. Despite living a fairly active and healthy lifestyle, a diagnosis of Hodgkin’s Lymphoma inspired Shane to make some significant changes in all aspects of her life and she continues to seek out different ways to feel, move, eat and live better. After returning to school in 2008 to complete a two-year massage therapy course which sparked a major career change in 2011, Shane was introduced to the John F. Barnes’ Approach to Myofascial Release and immediately knew she had found her true purpose. This book is a compilation of some of her acquired knowledge and experience with JFB-MFR and how it affects and is affected by the emotional, mental, physical and spiritual aspects of the human experience.
